Tim Mowat, MBA FICW

Tim Mowat has over 40 years’ experience in the Defence & Security sector, mainly holding Commercial and Procurement posts. He has worked extensively in overseas consortia in Central and Eastern Europe, Canada, the US and Asia. Invariably these programmes required a high degree of collaboration

with overseas partners.

His diverse career included working on a wide range of air platforms, including Typhoon, the Joint Strike Fighter and ex-Soviet Helicopters in the new-NATO countries. Tim’s career moved on to undertaking homeland security projects, major events and cyber security.

Tim was an early adopter of collaborative working; his first engagement was across the CBRN sector with the Ministry of Defence in 2008. He was the Senior Executive Responsible for Leonardo Ltd, leading its journey to BS11000 in 2011 and its later transition to ISO44001 in 2018.

The home of CRAFT

CRAFT is a unique strategic approach developed by Midas Projects as a life-cycle methodology to support

successful relationship building and the application of collaborative business models.
